SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Canadian shipments are usually shipped via Canada Post, Intercom, UniUni, or possibly Canpar / Purolator. We work with a range of couriers to allow for flexibility, keeping costs as low as possible. Please allow a 2-4 day processing time, in addition to the standard shipping time of 3-7 business days depending on location. We offer a flat rate shipping rate across Canada!
Local pickup in Richmond, BC (near Ikea) or South Surrey (168 St/16th Ave) are also options. Kindly note that with pickup options, we only offer contactless porch pickup with the condition that all orders must be pre-paid. Pickup location details will be sent once the order has been placed. Please contact us should you have any issues.
For US shipments, we work with a 3rd party courier to bring our shipments across the border to ship in Blaine, Washington. US shipments are either shipped via USPS Select, Ground Advantage, or UPS Economy which in general takes about 4-8 business days depending on location. Should you require expedite shipping, please contact us at sales@lovedesigns.ca and we can get a quote for you!
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
As a small business, we only offer an exchange only policy or store credit issuance. Change of mind returns are accepted with the condition that the buyer sends the items back in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for the expenses of returning the items back to us.

All orders are shipping with tracking. A confirmation email will be sent out with the tracking information once your order has shipped, so stay tuned!
